We hereby notify:

• The United States and its federal and state authorities
• The governments of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, and the Sahel
• All Native American, Indigenous, and Maroon nations
• All Moorish, Islamic, Semitic, and Afro-descended tribes and peoples
• All human rights bodies and international legal tribunals

…that the Ben Ishmael Nation exists, persists, and now operates with lawful authority in its own name, by its own record, and under its own sovereign seal.

Any denial of this fact is a violation of international law and a continuation of genocidal erasure.

You may not know your name.

You may have been taught shame.

You may carry blood your paperwork denies.
